Harmony Gear Supplemental Steering Kit for Tandem Kayak Rudder Systems
The Wilderness Systems tandem rudder kit module has been designed to allow users to operate the rudder from the solo seating position in Wilderness Systems and Perception tandem kayaks. This supplemental kit is intended to be used in conjunction with either the Root kayak rudder kit or the Perception rudder-ready kit. The components within the kit provide the necessary extension straps and additional foot braces to enable the rudder positioning to be adjusted, allowing for the rudder to be controlled when paddling solo or in a tandem configuration.
This kit is compatible with Wilderness Systems and Perception tandem kayaks manufactured in 2013 and newer models, including the Pamlico 135T and 145T. It provides the functionality to utilize the rudder system when the kayak is being paddled in either the solo or tandem configuration.
